Overview
MediaSwitcher4 allows full control of the Just Add Power AV over IP™ HDMI matrix from a permanent on-site Macintosh, Windows or Linux computer.
The desktop program pairs with MediaSwitcher4 for iOS to allow control from an Apple tablet.
It allows easy and flexible control and provides an instant overview of the entire video matrix allowing the user to see what video sources are on specific screens.
MediaSwitcher has compatible modes for JADConfig or AMP Standardized Systems; in both Standardized and Alternate systems.
Licensing
Just Add Power has partnered with Just Add Software to provide free licenses for MediaSwitcher when installed alongside a new Just Add Power system installed by an Authorized Installer.
Warning: Each project installation needs to have its own key. Sharing licenses across project sites is expressly prohibited.
The free license includes:
- Matrix control for up to 100 devices in a Just Add Power Omega, Ultra or MaxColor Series system.
- Standard Video Wall control
- Tiling Encoder control
To request your free license:
- Download MediaSwitcher4 on a computer that will remain on-site. The program begins with a 30-day free trial.
- Email [email protected] with this information:
- Installer, Company, and Project Name
- Contact Email Address (if different than sending email)
- Proof of purchase from an authorized Just Add Power distributor of at least two Encoders and one Decoder.
- Input the license into MediaSwitcher.
