Troubleshooting
KVM is fairly plug-and-play, but if the KVM connection is not working, check and confirm these things:
- USB connection on both Transmitter and Receiver ends are properly connected. Unplug and replug to confirm proper seating.
- Connect the USB device directly to the PC, bypassing the Just Add Power Transmitter and Receiver. This will confirm that the KVM device is functioning and is compatible with the PC it is connected to.
- Bypass any USB hubs or other devices that are between the Transmitter or Receiver and the KVM device.
