Omega and Ultra Series Firmware Release History
Overview
Review B Series firmware releases for Omega Series and Ultra Series devices, including available previous downloads. Releases are grouped by major version and listed newest first. For the current firmware package, see Download Omega Series and Ultra Series Firmware.
Firmware compatibility: B3.x.x, B2.x.x, and B1.x.x are separate video compatibility families. Review firmware compatibility and hardware file matching before updating or adding a device.
A release record does not establish download availability or support status. Only the listed packages are available for public download. For help choosing compatible firmware, contact Technical Support.
Public downloads are listed for B3.2.0, B3.2.1, and temporarily B2.3.9. B2.3.9 will be delisted on January 1, 2027. Older release notes remain available.

B2 Firmware Releases
B2.x.x is a separate video compatibility family from B3.x.x and B1.x.x. The following entries preserve the historical release records and known issues as recorded for those versions.
B2 Family Background
- B2 introduced support for the
jpswswitching architecture, trunked switch topologies, and a wider range of supported switch manufacturers with AMP. - The B2 family supports independent audio and video routing in Multicast Switching systems.
- B2 added webUI rotation, scaling, and on-screen menu control for the Ultra Series Warp Engine.
- Historical B2 notes introduced support for the UL-708POE and ST1. The original UL-708POE guidance required B2.x.x across the system; the ST1 guidance also identified audio synchronization differences between B2.0.x and B2.1.0.
- Tiler hardware uses a dedicated firmware file. Always match firmware to the hardware model.
- Historical changes include HDMI InfoFrame handling for DirecTV, BT.2020 and HDR10 handling for Apple TV, and IGMPv2 packet compliance improvements.
These milestones describe the B2 family. They are separate from the version-specific changes listed below.
API Additions
