Overview
This article lists Just Add Power hardware, software, and control system integrations that have reached or are scheduled to reach End of Life or End of Support. It provides applicable support classifications and general replacement guidance. Current products are included only when identified as a suggested replacement.
End of Life Does Not Mean End of Support: A product may be discontinued while remaining eligible for technical support. Refer to the support classification listed for each product.
Lifecycle designations do not disable installed hardware or software or prevent an existing system from continuing to operate.
Third-Party Control Platforms: When a third-party platform is listed, the lifecycle designation applies only to the Just Add Power driver or integration for that platform. It does not apply to the third-party platform itself.
Lifecycle Definitions
Lifecycle Statuses
| Lifecycle Status | Definition |
|---|---|
| End of Life (EoL) | The product has been discontinued and is no longer part of the current Just Add Power portfolio. An End of Life product may remain eligible for technical support. |
| End of Support (EoS) | Just Add Power no longer provides technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, or system service for the product. |
Support Classifications
| Support Classification | Definition |
|---|---|
| AMP Only | The product remains eligible for support when used in either an AMP Standardized (VLAN) system or an AMP Alternate (Multicast) system. |
| AMP Standardized Only | The product remains eligible for support only when used in an AMP Standardized (VLAN) system. |
| API Support Only | Support is limited to Just Add Power hardware and the published Just Add Power API. Driver development, driver maintenance, and third-party control system programming are not included. |
Support Requirements
Products may remain eligible for technical support under the classification listed in this article. Support may require the system to use AMP, use an AMP Standardized configuration, or rely on the published Just Add Power API instead of a discontinued control system driver.
For AMP software and configuration information, see Download AMP and Configure an Omega, Ultra, and MaxColor Series System.
Before migrating an established system, document its hardware, network switches, connections, firmware, and control system information using the Just Add Power System Takeover Guide. For AMP Standardized systems, confirm the exact switch model and hardware version against the Supported Switches for AMP Standardized Systems.
See the JADConfig End of Support Notice for the support timeline and AMP migration requirements.

End of Support Status
No hardware listed in this article is currently designated End of Support. End of Life hardware remains eligible for technical support when the applicable AMP support classification is met.
Some listed software has reached or is scheduled to reach End of Support. Refer to the support status listed for each software product.
Separate Lifecycle Policies: Configuration software, control system drivers, third-party integrations, and individual product features may have lifecycle policies that differ from the underlying hardware.
Replacement Planning
A suggested replacement identifies the current model or product family that should be considered when planning an upgrade. It does not indicate that the replacement is a direct, feature-for-feature substitute.
Before selecting replacement hardware, confirm the required video resolution, connections, audio capabilities, endpoint control, USB/KVM support, power requirements, form factor, firmware compatibility, and network switch compatibility.
Coordinate with your authorized Just Add Power integrator or Just Add Power Sales representative before purchasing replacement hardware or modifying an established system.
Use the Product Series Comparison Guide to compare the video, audio, control, and system capabilities of the current Omega Series, Ultra Series, and MaxColor Series.
