A diagnostic report allows Just Add Power to determine the cause of a Just Add Power bug or a compatibility issue between Just Add Power and an endpoint device.
The diagnostic report must begin collecting data when the Receiver and Transmitter are turned on and continue until the problem occurs. This will provide Just Add Power with the necessary information to diagnose the cause of the problem.
